When a you have a technical issue with your mobility scooter or power wheelchair, you will simply call Active Care's service line, and the Active Care technician will troubleshoot the problem and determine the best course of action to resolve the issue. The solution may include shipping the you a replacement part, arranging for service, or repairing the product at an Active Care service facility. You will pay nothing out-of-pocket, except for any expenses related to shipping the product to Active Care, if necessary.

You will not have to go through Good Life Medical to get your questions answered, your can speak directly to ActiveCare's technicians. The plan is good for one year, beginning at the date of purchase.  The plan covers all warranted parts for one year.
