FREE Standard shipping to all addresses in the contiguous USA, the 48 connected states.  

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, USA Territories, Canada and other parts of the world will cost a different amount.  Please contact us before purchase, if you would like this product shipped to an address outside the 48 contiguous states to find out the actual freight cost.

If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us before purchase so we can let you know the additional cost involved.  Also, at that time, we can let you know the estimated delivery time so you can see if expedited shipping is necessary

This Utility Bag is in stock and available to be shipped once payment is received and cleared.  Delivery time from shipment can take from 1 to 10 business days.  Please contact us if you have concerns about the amount of time your Utility Bag is taking to be delivered to you.  We will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.  We order shipment as soon as payment is received and your Utility Bag will ship out of a warehouse as close to your delivery address as possible, so delivery time is as short as possible.

Return Policy

Call us toll free (888-972-2300) if you wish to return a product. Product can be returned within 7 Days in New and Unused Condition only. Customer must pay return shipping plus 20% restocking fee. The cost of the item minus the restocking fee is refunded once returned and product is determined to be in new and unused condition.

If product is defective, it will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost to the customer.  If defective, call us toll free (888-972-2300) so we can authorize the repair or return and replacement of the product.
