Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A:  Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q:  What is your return policy?
A:  If a product is defective, it will be replaced or repaired.  Call toll free(888-972-2300)to return a product. Product can be returned within 7 Days in New & Unused Condition only. Customer pays return shipping +20% restocking fee. The cost of the item minus restocking fee is refunded once returned & product is determined to be in new & unused condition. If product is defective, it will be replaced/repaired.

Q:  When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:  Delivery times vary depending upon the method of shipment, the product & where the item is shipped from. If you purchase an item we stock, we usually ship USPS Priority Mail and the item is received in about 3 business days. Most other items are usually delivered in 5 to 10 business days, sometimes faster. Contact us if delivery time is important or you have any concerns.

Q:  Do you ship internationally?
A:  Most products can be shipped internationally. We often ship our smaller items such as our canes internationally. Large items are very expensive to ship internationally. Please contact us if you have an interest in shipping internationally.  We will provide a freight quote.

Q:  If I need a product you do not have listed, can I purchase other items?
A:  We have accounts with may manufacturers carrying a multitude of medical and health products. If you have an interest in a product you do not see in our listings, please let us know. Q:  What areas can be shipped to for free?
A:  We ship free to addresses in the 48 contiguous states, the 48 states that are connected to each other.  In some cases, free shipping is also applied to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.  Please read the information in each item description that explains whether free shipping is available for the product you are interested in purchasing.  We can provide a freight quote free of charge for any products that you would like shipped to other areas.

Q:  How can I learn more about how to pick the best products for me?
