Good Life Medical Systems offers the following Returns Policy:
Call us toll free (888-972-2300) if you wish to return a product. Product can be returned within 7 Days in New and Unused Condition only. Customer must pay return shipping plus 25% restocking fee. The cost of the item minus the restocking fee is refunded once returned and product is determined to be in new and unused condition. The buyer is responsible for the freight cost back and the initial freight cost is not refunded.
If product is defective, it will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost to the customer. If defective, call us toll free (888-972-2300) so we can authorize the repair or return and replacement of the product.
Payment Options: We will accept *Paypal *Money Order *Cashier Check *Mastercard, Visa, or Discover Card by phone (toll free 888-972-2300) or at our website's shopping cart check out.
California residents will pay sales tax.
Shipping: Most purchases ship the same or the next business day after payment is received. The cost of shipping is specified in each product descriptions or it is included in the cost of the product. We charge as close to the price of shipping as we are charged. We do not make profit on shipping costs. Shipping is free to addresses in the contiguous states of the USA. These are the states that are connected to each other, not Hawaii and Alaska or USA Territories. Some products ship to Hawaii and Alaska for free, too. Delivery Time: The products we sell are usually in stock and available to be shipped once payment is received and cleared. Shipment usually occurs within one business day after payment is received. If there is a problem with delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please contact us with any delivery concerns. We would rather fix a problem than have you, our customer, be dissatisfied.
