We are Authorized Dealers for all of the products we sell, which ensures you that the products and warranty are fully supported by the manufacturer of the products you purchase from us.  Many of our manufacturers set a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for their products which is the lowest price we can list on our websites for their products.  Call us toll free at 888-972-2300 for the best price.  We will beat our competitors price for the same scooter.

Good Life Medical Systems offers the following Returns Policy:

If product is defective, it will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost to the customer. If defective, call us toll free (888-972-2300) so we can authorize the repair or return and replacement of the product.

Call us toll free (888-972-2300) if you change your mind and wish to return a product. Products can be returned within 7 Days in New and Unused Condition only. Customer must pay return shipping plus 20% restocking fee. The cost of the item minus the restocking fee and shipping is refunded once returned and product is determined to be in new and unused condition. The buyer is responsible for the freight cost back and the initial freight cost is not refunded.

Shipping:
Most purchases ship the same or the next business day after payment is received and cleared.  Paypal payments most often clear right away, but may be in the form of an eCheck and will take 3 to 5 business days.  Credit card payments received by phone clear quickly, but credit card payments made through our check out usually clear later that day and will ship the next day.  

The cost of shipping is specified in each product descriptions or it is included in the cost of the product.  We charge as close to the price of shipping as we are charged. We do not make profit on shipping costs.  Shipping is free to addresses in the contiguous states of the USA.  These are the states that are connected to each other, not Hawaii and Alaska or USA Territories.  Some products ship to Hawaii and Alaska for free, too.  Please read this information in the product description.  We can provide a freight quote for shipping to other areas.  Please email us or call us toll free at 888-972-2300.

Delivery Time:
The products we sell are usually in stock and available to be shipped once payment is received and cleared. Shipment usually occurs within one to two business days after payment is received. If there is a problem with delivery, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please contact us with any delivery concerns. We would rather fix a problem than have you, our customer, be dissatisfied.
