Free Standard shipping to all addresses in the contiguous USA, the 48 connected states. We can not ship to a PO Box, so please provide a street address for delivery. Shipping will be delayed until we have your street address. Please provide your phone number with purchase. The freight company requires your phone number and we can not ship without it.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, USA Territories, Canada and other parts of the world will cost a different amount. Please contact us before purchase, if you would like this product shipped to an address outside the 48 contiguous states to find out the actual freight cost.

Product is in stock and available to be shipped once payment is received and cleared. This product ships fully assembled. Once your payment is received, the manufactuer assembles and tests the Scooter and ships it on a pallet with a freight company. You will receive a call from the freight company to arrange a delivery time.

Return Policy

If product is defective, it will be replaced or repaired at no additional cost to the customer. If defective, call us toll free 888-972-2300 so we can authorize the repair or return and replacement of the product.
Call us toll free 888-972-2300 if you wish to return a product. Product can be returned within 30 Days in New and Unused Condition only. Customer must pay return shipping plus 20% restocking fee. The cost of the item minus the restocking fee is refunded once returned and product is determined to be in new and unused condition.
Cancelled Orders
Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply.

More than we could have hoped for!
Bought this trike in red for my wife to help her get around easier with her MS, and it has surpassed our expectations. This little squirt is capable (although I do NOT recommend you follow our bad example!) of hauling the two of us along with our 20lb pup (in the basket, where he thoroughly enjoys the ride). Steep hills are a little difficult but effortless on the level and most importantly the brakes are up to the task. We load it up in the truck (do have to use a ramp) and take it camping, where she can cruise get out and about and enjoy the scenery. Again, 2-up with the dog we can even explore the easier trails. Recently I replaced the street tires with knobby off-road tires, that has completely expanded this scooters abilities and after the recent snowfall where we live we even cruised around in it! Nothing has fallen off or broken yet, it charges up fine and just keeps on going. One of the best investments ever! Thanks Good Life!
