Free Standard shipping to all addresses in the contiguous USA, the 48 connected states. We can not ship to a PO Box, so please provide a street address for delivery. Shipping will be delayed until we have your street address.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, USA Territories, Canada and other parts of the world will cost a different amount. Please contact us before purchase, if you would like this product shipped to an address outside the 48 contiguous states to find out the actual freight cost.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Manufacturer's Warranty: THREE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (From date of purchase) This warranty covers structural frame components including frame, platform and seat post ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (from date of purchase) If upon examination we find any electronic component to be defective in material and/or workmanship, we will reserve the option to either repair or replace the component without charge. Note: 1. The purchaser is required to pay for the shipping charges to our repair facility. 2. The Mobie must be returned in the original packaging to ensure the unit is not damaged during transit. 3. Proof of purchase along with the serial number and date of purchase is always required before obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) from Solax Mobility. ONE-YEAR WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS Mobie Motor: If after inspection we determine that the motor noise level is above the standard operational noise level, the warranty will not apply. This is because an increase in the operational noise level is usually attributed to excessive and abusive strain on the motor. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: This Warranty excludes: a) Failure to follow the proper use, operation and maintenance. b) The use of non-authorized parts c) Mechanical damage caused by an accident or misuse. d) Consumables such as the inner core and outer tires as well as bearings are not covered e) Any unauthorized changes to vehicle design. f) Any damage caused by a natural disaster such as a flood, earthquake or fire will not be covered. g) This limited warranty does not cover normal maintenance service or periodic adjustments required for normal use. h) This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the scooter and is not transferable.
